\nItems within our \u201cexcluded item\u201d category are non-refundable, including:

\nPerishable goods (food, beverages, hampers, etc.),
\nApothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc.)
\nAccessories (jewelry, keychains, watches, umbrellas, sunglasses, etc.)
\nIntimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear
\nCosmetic (skincare, nail polish, Tools & brushes, etc.)
\nElectronic devices
\nBooks, prints, and stationery
\nFace masks and face coverings
\nGift Card
\nFor footwear, we do not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoe box.
\nItems can be returned to our retail stores (Singapore) or by post.
\nWe do not provide return labels, refund shipping fees, taxes, and duties. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
\nWe will not be responsible for item damages or items lost in the return delivery.
\nMake sure you\u2019ve reached out to our customer care team (customercare@gmiselection.com) before returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.

Once the returned item(s) has been quality-checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method together with a confirmation e-mail with the refund details.
